Your trust matters to us. This policy explains how we handle your personal information, in line with Panama’s Law 81 of 2019 on the protection of personal data.
What we collect
Only the information we need to plan and book your trip: your name, contact details, travel dates and preferences, and, when required for bookings, passport details, date of birth, flight information and dietary or health needs you choose to share with us.
Why we use it
Only to prepare your quote, make your reservations with hotels, transport and activity providers, and assist you before and during your trip. We never sell your data or use it for anything else without your consent.
Passport and sensitive data
Passport details are only requested when a supplier, airline or authority requires them (for example, for domestic flights or San Blas). We share them only with that supplier, send them securely, and never publish them.
Who we share it with
Only the hotels, transport companies, domestic airlines and guides that are part of your trip, and only the information they need.
How we protect it
Our team works digitally and paperless, so there are no printed copies. Your information is stored in password-protected accounts that only our team can access, and every team member is bound by confidentiality in their employment contract.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for your trip and for legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it.
